Delays & Responsibility
Al Moosa Trading Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at almoosatradingco@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For EU customers, a 14-day cancellation period applies. For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
